What is the part code for a 3 Phase 32A 30mA RCBO?

We do not offer a single 3 Pole 32 Amps 30mA RCBO. 

You can use 3 Pole 32 Amps iC60 MCB and connect it with the 3 Pole Add-on Vigi Module "A9V02763" (comes with the neutral tail to be connected with the distributed neutral) - this combination is 6 Poles wide 

If balanced three phase system with out neutral you should use Add on Vigi "A9V51363" - this combination is 6½ Pole wide

Do you have a 20A D-Curve RCBO?

No, unfortunately we don't have a D-Curve RCBO. As an alternative we can offer a single pole Vigi Add on ( A9V02663) and a D-Curve breaker (A9F55120).

What is the part number for a 1 pole, 20 amp, "D" curve RCBO?

There is no single RCBO , Need to use a 1 pole 20 amp "D" curve breaker A9F55120 and add the vigi unit A9V02663 to make the Combo ...(now 3 poles wide)

Acti 9 3phase RCBOs available in Australia, are made by combining the breaker and add-on RCD module (Vigi block).

For example: 3 pole 10A 30mA RCBO is a 3 pole 10A breaker + 30mA Add-on Vigi block.
A9F44310 (3P 10A C curve iC60 breaker, 6kA) + A9V02763 (63A 30mA earth leakage add-on block 3P+N with neutral wire)

3P 10A 30mA RCBO for balanced load will be,
A9F44310 (3P 10A C curve iC60 breaker, 6kA) + A9V51363 (63A 30mA earth leakage add-on block 3P without neutral)
