Resolution:
Due to safety reasons, Schneider Electric does not offer the DC bus plates separately for the ATV61 or ATV71 drives.  Contact Schneider Electric Industrial Repair Services to have the drive sent in for repairs. ph 800-950-9550

What can cause the ATV58 drives display to fade out?

Issue:
Is there a remedy for a fading display on ATV58?

Altivar ATV58

Environment:
This has been found in keypads manufactured between the 6th week and 15th week of 2003.
Date codes on the back of the keypad are 0306 to 0315. The four digit date code is typically preceded by a letter such as G0149.

Cause:
Premature degradation of the display

Resolution:
For affected units, need to replace the keypad or possibly replace the entire drive, because the ATV58 drives are obsoleted. 

What is the part number for the ATV71HC11N4 and ATV61HC13N4 power boards?

Issue:
Needs a Power board for ATV71HC11N4

Cause:
Power board not functional

Resolution:
The Power board for these drive is VX5A1HC1113.

It is required to check the Serial number of the drive before ordering the Power Board.
If the 8th digit in the serial number is 2, the drive was built using Fuji IGBT's instead of the standard Mitsubishi IGBT's.   A drive with Fuji IGBT's requires a modified version of the Power board (VX5A1HC1113F).   IGBT, and gate driver board parts also will have an F at the end.

Needs to know if the drives come with a DB resistor?

Resolution:
The braking resistor is not included on the ATV32, ATV312 and ATV71 Drives, and if needed must be purchased separately.
