In a situation where your IR learner cannot be detected by Push Project Editor, please try the following suggestions.

Note: These recommendations or suggestions below are assuming you are familiar with programming PUSH Controls, have the Project Editor Software & have the original project file (.bwe).

I. Try a different USB port

Try a different USB port, preferably a built-in USB port (not via USB extension or USB hub)

II. Re-install IR learner driver

Try re-installing the Push Project Editor software; as the IR learner driver should be installed by this installer. Verify that the IR learner is installed properly by checking the Windows OS’ Device Manager:
