What would cause the ATV61 or ATV71 drive not to stop when you remove the start command?

Issue:ATV61 or ATV71 drive does not to stop when removing the start command

Altivar ATV61 and ATV71

Cause:
They remove the run command and drive takes a long time to stop well beyond the dec time.
Resolution:
1st Check to see if the drive is going into the auto dec ramp adapt mode. If so try turning off the auto dec ramp adapt and if the drive goes into OBF you will need to add an DB resistor.
2nd Check to see what the dec time is programmed for. If its low try increasing the the Dec time.
3rd Check the UFR IR comp parameter in the Set menu try reducing this parameter
