Issue:Express OTR parameter (motor torque) as a value via serial communication on the ATV32 drive.
Product Line:
ATV32 series drives.
Environment:
All models, All serial numbers.
Cause:
OTR in the drive is displayed as 0 to 300% but 0-300 is not read from the communication registers, the number is different. How do these correlate?
Resolution:
Motor torque, OTR, is displayed by the drive as percentage of nominal motor torque as a value between 0% and 300%.
When reading motor torque over the network from register 3205, it will be displayed as a value between 0 and 8192. 0 = 0% torque, 8192 = 300% torque. When the motor is running at nominal torque, reading parameter 3205 will return the number 2731.
