IssueWhen trying to upload a file from SoMove to a drive, the upload fails and the following error message is displayed: Warning, this device configuration activates some behaviors which are not known. Apply a factory setting on the device, Repeat the Transfer.

Cause
Firmware mismatch between the program written in SoMove and the drive being uploaded to
Resolution
This error is displayed when the firmware of the program written in SoMove and the firmware of the drive the program is being uploaded to do not match. To correct this, when creating an offline project, ensure that the firmware revision of the drive you will upload the file to matches the firmware of the drive you select from the drop down list when creating an offline project.
